I started reading that book but never got around to finishing because my planning skills are so bad. The one thing I remember is something I do a bunch: the 2 minute rule (or something like that). If something only takes 2 minutes or less to do, don’t put it on a list, don’t waste time writing it down,,just do it. I hate to yore Nike, but that actually works.

The 2-min rule is fire. That probably had a bigger impact on my overall productivity for the past ten years than any other single idea.
I’m in the process (for the nth time) of going thru things in my infinity drawers.
Why? For fun, or out of a sense of obligation?
Cleaning. No longer want things, ideas, etc. cleansing of soul and life. That sort of thing.
Ah, catharsis. That's a great reason.
