The Dispatches Weekly Digest
We interrupt our regularly scheduled programming to bring you this important announcement.
Counting today, we’re 52 posts deep into this daily newsletter slash podcast. I have an incorrigible tendency toward numerology, so I can’t help but point out that there are 52 weeks in a year, which makes today’s announcement feel apropos.
Starting next week, Sunday’s post will no longer be a regular old Nooner. In fact, it won’t be a Nooner at all. Instead, it’ll be a weekly digest of all things Dispatches from Inner Space, plus some extras, which will evolve over time.
In the beginning, each digest will start off with a song recommendation, which I might tease with a clip, but likely won’t share the whole thing because I’m afraid of lawyers.
After that, there will be a segment I’m calling TMI, where I’ll share something from a bit deeper backstage, so to speak.
Then, a quick recap of anything and everything that got published on the Dispatches in the preceding week.
And finally, by popular demand, all the Nooners, one after the other, without the intros and outros you have to deal with in the daily version. This is for the bingers. You know who you are.
Does all of that sound just too wonderful to believe? Too fantastically good to be true?
Well, it is, if you thought it was going to be free. The Dispatches Weekly Digest will be exclusively available to paid subscribers.
Up to this point, I haven’t offered much to these beautiful souls, so, starting next week, I’m offering this.

From now on, instead of being a true daily newsletter slash podcast, The Nooner will post every Monday through Saturday, and it will always be free. Then, on Sunday, the Dispatches Weekly Digest will go out as both a newsletter and a podcast to paid subscribers only.
